How can I make a return ?
You have 15 days from the date you receive your package to return your items to us (whether you are requesting a refund, an exchange, or store credit). Mandatory Conditions: Items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged under any circumstances. T
How long does a refund take?
Once your package has been received and checked by our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 10 days. The funds will be automatically transferred to the account associated with the credit card or PayPal account used for the payment.
Can I return my item to a physical store?
No. For any order placed on our website, returns must be made exclusively by mail via our return portal, sent directly to our logistics warehouse.
Is pick-up point delivery available for exchanges?
No, pick-up point delivery is not available for shipping exchange items. All exchanges are exclusively shipped to your home address. When submitting your exchange request on our return portal, please make sure to enter your residential mailing addres
Are shipping fees refunded for returns?
Full return: We will refund the cost of the items + the initial shipping fees based on our standard rate. If you chose an Express delivery option, the additional cost will remain at your expense. Partial return: Only the returned items will be refund
