How can I cancel my order ?Updated a month ago

Canceling your order depends on its preparation status:

• Your order has not been shipped yet:We can block the delivery and proceed with its cancellation. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible by email at [email protected], specifying your order number. The refund for any amounts charged will be processed within 15 days.

• Your order has already been shipped:Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer possible for us to block the shipment. However, you can still cancel your order by refusing the package directly upon delivery. As soon as the refused package is returned complete and in its original condition to our warehouse, we will process the refund for your order as well as any return shipping costs incurred, within 15 days.

Note: If you have already received the package, you also have a period of 15 days from its receipt to submit a standard return request via our automated portal at the bottom of the page.
