No, pick-up point delivery is not available for shipping exchange items. All exchanges are exclusively shipped to your home address.

When submitting your exchange request on our return portal, please make sure to enter your residential mailing address accurately (building number, street, postal code, city, and any necessary apartment/gate codes).

Please note: If you enter the address of a local shop or a pick-up point in the delivery field, the carrier will not be able to deliver your package. It will be returned to our warehouse, which will delay the shipment of your exchange.
