How can I make a return ?Updated a month ago
You have 15 days from the date you receive your package to return your items to us (whether you are requesting a refund, an exchange, or store credit).
Mandatory Conditions: Items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged under any circumstances. They must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.
Steps to complete your return:
To simplify the process, everything takes place on our Return Portal (which can also be accessed at any time via the "Make a return" link at the very bottom of our website):
Log in: Enter your order number and email address.
Select your items: Choose the product(s) you wish to send back.
Choose your option: Exchange, refund, or store credit.
Print your label: Generate and print your return label directly from the portal.
Drop off the package: Drop off your package at the corresponding service point.
Return Shipping Fees:
From Mainland France: Returns are free. The prepaid label generated on the portal fully covers the shipping costs.
From Abroad: Return shipping fees are your responsibility. However, you can still generate and print your shipping label directly through our portal to make the process easier; the cost will simply be deducted from your refund (or paid directly on the portal).
