As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, tracking is fully automated:
By email: You will receive an automated email containing a direct link and the tracking number for your package as soon as it leaves our warehouse. This link allows you to track your delivery in real time on the carrier's website (Colissimo, Chronopost, or DHL, depending on the selected option).
From your customer account: You can also track the progress of your order processing at any time by logging into your personal space directly on our website.
